Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges can usually be accommodated within 5 days.  If we ship you something defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover the shipping expenses to make it right.  If you decide that you'd prefer a different color, size, or product then shipping expenses will be your responsibility.

Please note that we often create and sell small batches of items, which means that exchanges are not always possible. 

Items that have been signed or otherwise customized by Brother Ali are not eligible for return or exchange.
